Explained:
All of the sessions are held virtually unless you can attend in person in Los Angeles area.
The Return: Reiki Energy Healing is where most people begin — a gentle foundation for anyone new to energy healing.
The Remembering: Past Life Regression meets you at the intermediate level, when you are ready to go beneath the surface.
The Becoming: Multidimensional Soul Integration is for those further along the path, prepared to step into advanced soul integration.

The Return:
Reiki Energy Healing
Return home to your inner balance, flow and natural essence.
Session length: 1 hour

I will hold a safe, nurturing space for you, so your body feels secure enough to heal itself.

This is the foundation every layer of healing is built from — and this is the first journey recommended to start with, if new to energy healing.
The Remembering:
Past Life Regression
Remember who you were in the past, and now.
Session length: 2 hours

You've done the inner work. Your nervous system is more settled — yet a core block or repeating pattern keeps surfacing.
You sense it runs deeper than this lifetime, and you're ready to explore beyond what you can consciously see
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE SESSION
I will guide you through a hypnosis to access a past life directly connected to your current pattern.
Through gentle questioning while you're in a restful state, I guide you uncover the origin of the wound and clear it at the root.
THE OUTCOME
The pattern begins to lose its grip.
You understand why it's been there and release the old energy stored at the emotional, physical and spiritual levels, making space for more light to enter.
The Becoming:
Multidimensional Soul Integration
Embody the highest frequency of your soul.
Session length: 1 hour

We co-create a guided journey together for you to uncover
a soul aspect ready to integrate — from past, parallel or future lives.These are deeply collaborative sessions: I tune into your field and higher self while you tune in too, honouring your sovereignty throughout.

You integrate a new dimension of yourself.
