For much of my life, I was high-achieving, building a successful corporate career. On the outside, everything looked like it was working.

But beneath the surface, I was disconnected from myself—living from striving, perfectionism, and a constant need to prove my worth.

I've always felt drawn to spirituality, but it wasn't until a profound awakening in 2019 that turned my world upside down and I was called to go deeper.

What followed was a journey of letting go of old beliefs, identities, and patterns that no longer aligned. It was beautiful, confusing, heartbreaking, and transformative all at once. Through energy work, meditation, and spiritual exploration, I slowly found my way back home to myself.

What I discovered is that healing isn't about becoming someone new.

It's about remembering who you've always been beneath
the conditioning, fear, and wounds you've carried.

I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to return to ourselves. My greatest hope is to help others remember what I eventually learned myself: that everything you've been seeking already exists within you.
